Controller Opportunity | Growing Manufacturing Organization

We're partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations and support executive decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage financial reporting and compliance under US GAAP
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Supervise accounting staff and drive process improvements
• Partner with leadership on operational and strategic initiatives

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience
• Manufacturing industry background required
• Strong financial reporting, audit support, and ERP system experience
• Advanced Excel skills and a hands-on leadership style
